Maintain all Fraud controls and existing detection logic implementation on Fraud databases instances and monitor FMS feeders and rating updated to support detection activities.
Guarantee the design and implementation of ad-hoc fraud controls (internal or external), on Splunk or on the existing SQL Fraud instances to ensure the correct detections mechanisms in place and ensure the reporting process to Group Corporate Security according to measurement model Fraud Reporting DR, participating and following all changes needed.
What you will do
- Monitor the availability of the FMS, including the due delivery and processing of all interfaces by the System. Part of this activity comprises reporting and tracking tickets to the support team and working on its resolution with IT and System vendor
- Create and maintain the Fraud Systems (besides FMS), assuring the correct design, test and implementation of the control alarms. This includes support and fine-tune the thresholds and the alarms rules of abnormal situations.
- Guarantee the design/update local report, extractions and reporting values on time from local fraud management to Group Corporate Security accordingly to the Fraud Policies and Detail requirements.
Who you are
- Degree in Information Systems or Business Management or Engineering
- Telecoms business knowledge in particular of operational and supporting/network processes
- In-depth understanding of database management systems, online analytical processing (OLAP) and ETL (Extract, transform, load) framework
- Knowledge in VBA and SQL Management Studio
- SPSS, Aqua Data Studio and BO user
- Specific knowledge in technical and financial fraud, and telco security
- Analytical mind with a problem-solving aptitude
