As a Customer Support you will:
Support of all customers requests in Italian by multiple communication channels (phone or email)
Maintain solid customer relationships by handling their inquiries and concerns
Be knowledgeable about the product functions and providing the product information
What do we expect:
Fluent Italian speaker - must be C2 + Portuguese B2
Communicative English - at least B2
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Nice-to-have experience in technical Troubleshooting
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Positive attitude and a team player
