Your Mission
We are looking for motivated Storage and Backup Administrator to join our team in Lisbon or Porto, for a project in the telecommunications field.
Your Role
- Administration of the Backups service, which consists of administering the backup product Veritas Netbackup V8, 9 and 10, Opscenter, It Analytics, San SWitches, Operating systems Windows and Linux, ...
- Installation, maintenance, upgrades, updates, debugging and troubleshooting and breakdowns;
- Availability for on-call service.
- Hybrid work model.
Your Profile
- Knowledge in the administration and operation of Backup systems;
- +2/3 years of experience in installing, configuring, operating and troubleshooting Veritas Netbackup:
- Experience with EMC, Clarion;
- Hands-on San Brocade/Broadcom, Quantum i6000;
- Experience in Windows and Linux operating systems;
- Basic fundamentals of networking and storage;
- Veritas Netbackup 10 training;
- Veritas Netbackup 10 certification (preferred);
- Knowledge in programming languages, scripting (Bash script, Powershell), Python and Javascript (preferred);
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Motivation and Responsibility;
- Proactivity and dynamism.
