What they're doing is building a platform that, over the years, allows them to build virtual contact centres. A completely virtualised platform, they've built their own cloud. Their platform facilitates integrations and in-house work, several other channels. Everything happens in one place at the same time. That's multichannel.
Our client is also developing different analytical tools filtering the services so they can be faster. All the projects are international.
Descrição
- Develop, maintain, and improve data models, reporting systems, data automation systems, and dashboards using Looker.
- Transform raw data into comprehensible visualisations and reports that will be served directly in their end user application.
- Design and create engaging, user-friendly dashboards and data visualisations for their end user application.
- Collaborate closely with the product team to ensure the alignment of the data visualisation with the end-user requirements.
- Maintain data systems and databases, including fixing coding errors and other data-related problems.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity through regular data quality checks and troubleshooting.
- Optimize system performance to ensure efficient data processing and reporting.
Perfil ideal
- Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, Business, Statistics, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in a data analyst role, or a similar position, is required.
- Proficiency with Looker is required.
- Experience with SQL and other data manipulation languages.
- Demonstrable experience with data visualisation and reporting.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Interest or experience in Data Engineering.
- Familiarity with Google BigQuery.
- Experience in data mining, data cleaning, and data management.
- Previous experience in the Contact Center industry.
